Last week my cousin came by with her grand rovers and we had such a wonderful time. Knox was in heaven three little boys to play with. He doesn't get to play much with little boys his own age and it was so fun to watch him play with them.

 Laken was his funny self, he keeps us laughing.

First Annual TJ's Fabric Trip

 

Last Friday my dear friends Ashley and Emily Price and I took a wonderful day trip to Opp, Alabama to a wonderful fabric store called TJ's Fabrics. It wasn't a across town trip for these 3 fabric warriors it was a 4 hour trip. We had been talking up this trip for awhile and finally the day came we set off early Friday morning around 7:30 and arrived around 11:30. We took a quick look around and then went to eat lunch so we would have plenty of energy. The owner TJ was wonderful and her coworker was super nice too. We literally spent the whole afternoon with them. They have a lovely sitting area set up for tired shoppers or waiting family members to enjoy. As you can tell by the pictures fabric, fabric, and more fabric. The last few pictures are my selection of the day I also got some buttons and a couple of patterns. Oh yes before I forget they also give you a discount after you spent $250. They have a file where they keep up with your purchases and then after you reach your $250 you get 20% off your next purchase. Then it starts over again. I had been to TJ's once before on our trip to the beach we stopped in so I met my goal and was able to get 20% on several pieces of fabric.
